The Architect Baldo Baldi shows his skill on this unique piece, balancing two bowls (with two separate chambers!) with a unique grain which is straight and uniform on both of them. The airhole goes through the very bottom of the first bowl and arrives centred on the canted one.
This is for sure a highly collectible piece from the Italian carver. I have never seen another piece like this. Of course you can smoke it and I am quite sure you will enjoy very much blending your smoke with two bowls of different tobaccos.
The dimension that you can see above refers to the bowl closer to the shank and mouthpiece.
The canted bowl on the front has different measures, as follow:
Bowl Diameter - 40.1 mm / 1.58 inches
Bowl Height - 54.3 mm / 2.14 inches
Chamber Diameter - 21.1 mm / 0.83 inches
Chamber Depth 54.7 mm / 2.15 inches
The pipe has been professionally cleaned. The mouthpiece is the original one and it has been sterilized. Our cleaning process could be considered as ‘conservation intervention’. We save all original stamps, marks and logos on the mouthpiece. The stain of the pipe is the original one and it is not modified at all. The chamber is cleaned from the carbon cake of the previous smoker. We apply a very light layer of vegetal carbon.

Beautiful pipe. Stunningly gorgeous birdseye. I have not smoked it yet. But it is a Castello so it should be an outstanding smoker.
