If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with a pipe purchased on Neatpipes.com, you may send it back, following these guidelines: Please contact us within 10 days from the receipt of your purchase and advise us of your wish to return your purchase before shipping it back. All items must be returned in the exact same condition as when it left Neatpipes.com. If you wish to return your pipe for any reason which is not a Neatpipes' fault, we will promptly issue a full refund, minus shipping cost and any custom duties, within 7 days after receipt of the returned package. No pipe return will be accepted if lit, smoked, or altered from its condition when it left Neatpipes.com.
