The pipe has been barely smoked. It is in MINT Condition!! No teeth marks on the mouthpiece or burning signs on the rim. It has been cleaned and sterilized and it is ready to be smoked.

DESCRIPTION
The "New Style" mouthpiece was introduced during 60's to satisfy the taste of the age. It is featured by a freeform shank which opens and the mouthpiece is fitted into the briar without the aid of a tenon. The "New Style" series shape numbers are characterized by a "2" before the shape number. The pipe in this page should be a Apple #23 but as it has a new style moutpiece, the shape number become #223.
The Apple New Style is not a common shape; the one showed in this page is featured by a gorgeous natural plateau rim and by a very nice grain all around the bowl. Walls are thick and the chamber is capacious. The original mouthpiece is featured by the IVORY bar logo.
