The best and easiest way to make an order at Neatpipes is send an email to in order to ask for its availability, to hold it or to complete the check out for multiple orders. I will answer to your email in the shorter time as possible.

After your first order, all of your information is recorded in my database so for your following order you just need to send me your request. I am used to enstablish a kind of relation with my customers, trying to offer the best service I can.

In the descriptive page of each pipe available, you can find the BUY NOW Button .
If you would like to order a pipe (single item orders only), without contact us via email, just click the BUY NOW Button to complete check out. You'll be re-directed to a Paypal Secure Encripted Page where you will complete the transaction charging the total amount to pay on your Credit/Debit Card (Visa or Mastercard).

I give, as the largest part of retailers the chance to HOLD a pipe for a certain period. If you like a pipe and you do not want to miss it, do not hesitate to send an email to me.

SHIPPING is FREE on Neatpipes!

We offer the chance to get your pipe directly to your home for NO additional costs.
The shipping will be through STANDARD PRIORITY AIRMAIL, provided by Italian Postal Service. Delivery is usually in 6/8 days from the day of shipping.
You will also have the chance to follow your purchase thanks to the tracking number we will send you after shipping.

If you would have your pipe delivered by Express Courier, we can do that! Just ask for further information.

Your purchase will be shipped only when the payment is made and received.

RETURN POLICY
Even if buying pipes on Internet is growing, as pipesmoker I'm aware that it is not so easy to select a pipe on the web!
For this, if you receive a pipe bought on Neatpipes.com and for any reason you will not like it, you can send it back to me. I only ask to advice me about your desire to return your purchase, before shipping the merchandise back.
Items must be clearly in exactly the same condition as shipped. I will promptly refund the full amount you have paid (except shipping cost).
No pipes will be accepted if smoked.

HOLDING/RESERVING POLICY
Neatpipes.com gives you the chance to hold/reserve a pipe for a certain period without the obligation of the purchase.
If you like a pipe in our stock but you are not sure you would buy it, or for any reason, you must post-pone the purchase, but you would not miss it, just send me an email to reserve the pipe.
I can hold the pipe you like up to one month without any kind of deposit. You'll not be obliged to buy the pipe if during this period you should change your mind. For longer period of reserving (up to three months), you must send a 10% pre-payment. If during this period you should change your mind and you'll decide not to buy the reserved pipe, you will not loose your money. I will not refund it to you, but I will just keep it for a future purchase.

Finally I have been able to add TAXFREE on each purchase (except estate/presmoked pipes) for customers who leaves OUTSIDE of European Community.
In this way, now, requiring your tax free priviledge, you can save the Italian VAT.
