RETURN POLICY
Even if buying pipes on Internet is growing, as pipesmoker I'm aware that it is not so easy to select a pipe on the web!
For this, if you receive a pipe bought on Neatpipes.com and for any reason you will not like it, you can send it back to me. I only ask to advice me about your desire to return your purchase, before shipping the merchandise back.
Items must be clearly in exactly the same condition as shipped. I will promptly refund the full amount you have paid (except shipping cost).
No pipes will be accepted if smoked.

HOLDING/RESERVING POLICY
Neatpipes.com gives you the chance to hold/reserve a pipe for a certain period without the obligation of the purchase.
If you like a pipe in our stock but you are not sure you would buy it, or for any reason, you must post-pone the purchase, but you would not miss it, just send me an email to reserve the pipe.
I can hold the pipe you like up to one month without any kind of deposit. You'll not be obliged to buy the pipe if during this period you should change your mind. For longer period of reserving (up to three months), you must send a 10% pre-payment. If during this period you should change your mind and you'll decide not to buy the reserved pipe, you will not loose your money. I will not refund it to you, but I will just keep it for a future purchase.

TAX FREE
Finally I have been able to add TAXFREE on each purchase (except estate/presmoked pipes) for customers who leaves OUTSIDE of European Community.
In this way, now, requiring your tax free priviledge, you can save the Italian VAT.
