The Bent Dublin is featured by a conical bowl and by a bent shank. The range of the bent is from 1/16 up to 1/2 bent. The Bent Dublin does not usually follow the classical proportion of the Dublin shape: the bowl could be larger and quite high. It is often featured by an irregular shape with a natural plateau rim.
Carlo Scotti, founder of the Castello workshop took his inspiration to realize the famous classical Greatline shape by the Bent Dublin. The size of the bowl is often emphasized and lightly canted. The section of the shank is not always round, but it could be found oval or diamond.
